Draw guns, unveil magic and become a legendary Champion of the Realm in Paladins – a free-to-play, team-based first-person shooter video game developed by Hi-Rez Studios. This game fast-paced fantasy game highlights the importance of strategy, character knowledge, coordination, and teamwork to attain victory.
Players may select between a roster of more than 30 characters called “Champions” which belongs to one of the following categories: Front Line, Support, Damage, and Flank. Each character can be customized by enhancing some abilities over others through an extensive card system. Every Champion has a default collection of cards (called a loadout) that can grant mechanics like cooldown reduction or movement speed bonuses, and sometimes even more health. Aside from cards, players can also use in-game items to avail special bonuses during matches. However, items can only be obtained by purchasing it using your in-game currency.
You can earn in-game currency from killing enemies, pushing payloads, or capturing points. The game features five-versus-five combats where teams work together to secure the objective. Paladins have three gaming modes, which include Siege, Onslaught, and Team Deathmatch. Each of these has different objectives to complete to win a round.
