Choose from a growing roster of over 90 gods and immortals from twelve different pantheons (Celtic, Egyptian, Greek, Hindu, Japanese, Chinese, Mayan, Norse, Polynesian, Roman, Slavic and Voodoo) and play as an iconic character from global mythology.
You can deliver lethal strikes as Achilles, throw the Mjolnir as Thor or fly over obstacles as Jing Wei. Each god is classified according to the following classes: Warrior, Assassin, Hunter, Mage, and Guardian. Players on the same team cannot play as the same god. But you can choose gods from the same or different pantheons. Each god has a passive trait, a basic attack, and four abilities with different effects, such as area damage, buffs, crowd control, and many more. SMITE has a variety of game modes that is suitable for gamers of all levels.
All players begin at their own base located on opposite sides of a map. They are granted with just around 1,500 gold which can be used to purchase starting items. These items reward special bonuses or abilities that improve the player’s god. Accumulate experience points and level up your gods by killing minions, taking down phoenixes, and beating enemy gods.
You can also collect gold and use them as in-game currency to purchase items that increase defense, power, and passive effects.
You can also buy potions, wards, and other abilities. Come on and join session-based arena combat, and use custom powers to defeat powerful enemies. Test your divine skills, hone your abilities, and become godlike!
